Wilder started Kinder-readiness at Shiloh Christian Academy, Bear 1st grade and Rowen 3rd grade, both at home with mom🥰 This month was full of sports! Between flag football for Rowen and soccer for all 3 boys, we've had practices or games to attend 5 out of 7 days of the week😅 But wouldn't trade it for a thing!
.
Went on our final camping trip for the year, the annual Rowen/Blotske Stillwater River campout. Chet yet again surprised me with a new to me vehicle. The jeep was so fun but not feasible for 3 growing boys! We met a 30lb cat named Bug😹 And my camera roll is full of selfies, sitting on the sidelines, cheering on whichever brother is competing. These are the good ol days✨️

The day is near. An outcry for Jesus is sweeping across the world. I am praying for SO MANY. There is a stirring. It's time for believers to be bold and fearless.

I am taking a week off from social media to pray. When I return, I will once again offer my time to anyone who is searching. Please, reach out. Now is the time to have conversations.

Our farewell to summer included a visit to Silverwood Theme Park, a special hike & coffee outing with Papa T, wedding fun with family, cool new haircuts, cat naps, camping, a pie eating contest and a wonderful week in northern CA at the Trinity Lake KOA with Aunt Bridget & Uncle Micah.
.
The boys and I are flying home today. Chet will spend an extra week at the KOA, doing projects and working with the staff. We hit the ground running once home, with school, soccer, and flag football! Summer 2025 is officially in the books✨️

6 years ago, we set out on a goal of adventuring in all 50 states. While it hasn't gone exactly as planned, we have no plans of giving up! This summer found us in 2 new states. The Wisconsin Dells is on the blog. Link in bio🔗✨️

Our tires touched 8 different states this month! Started in North Dakota for the 4th with family & friends. It's never enough time with bestie @calistajd 🥹

Went on a 16-day road trip! First stop in Wisconsin. Lambeau Field, cheese shopping & Noah's Ark waterpark with Bridgette (Chet's sister) & Micah!

Spent the majority of our time in Michigan. The Great Lakes are insane🤯 Chet & business partner/friend purchased the Muskegon KOA earlier this year, so it was awesome to see it & stay a few days. Got to hang out with nephew @kohl_blotske. Went to the amusement park. We all (minus Wilder) took the plunge on the sky coaster😱

Last 2 photos.. our 14th wedding anniversary! Stayed home for the day, recuperating from the road trip. Last photo captures what 14 years look like🙄😄

We celebrated my dad's 70th birthday a couple of months early with a rafting trip on the Missouri River because the fishing in June is superb!

I'll never have enough photos of the boys with their great-grandparents🥹 Cousin dinner on one of Billings' best patios!

Lawnmower rides, soccer camp with friends, and watching a rainstorm from the jeep, followed by the most beautiful rainbow - summer is off to a great start✨️

This month was bittersweet. Bear graduated kindergarten, which brings his time at Shiloh Christian Academy to an end. Many tears were shed (both Bear and mom😢), as he experienced his first heartbreak💔 Our time at SCA will forever be cherished. Wilder finished preschool, and Rowen wrapped up 2nd grade at home😊
.
Pickleball is our new family favorite. Soccer is over, but new friendships begin. Memorial day was spent in the mountains... bring on summer!

Friend birthday parties for the boys. Soccer season in full swing. Celebrating Easter and our risen Savior! Went to the King of Kings movie. Driver's ed on dirt roads and beautiful spring sunsets.

The annual Blotske boys' birthday post! Every spring, we have 2 weeks of birthday madness, as the boys' bdays are March 27th, 30th, and April 13th. Yes, if you do the math, that was a few years stretch of some extra fireworks on the 4th of July😅😜

Wilder was the 27th and turned 5 (that one was especially hard on me🥲), Bear on the 30th, turned 7, and Rowen, on April 13th, turned 9.
.
Happy birthday to my most favorite little humans! To be your mom is a joy and honor... it is truly the BEST thing to ever happen to me💙 While it hurts my heart, as each year passes, it's also such a blast to have a front row seat to watching you grow in becoming the boys God created you to be. Train trip to GNP. Family, family, family. Coffee shop pups. Papa turned 95. Soccer season began. Turning 5 was hard on mama (and that made Wilder sad🥹). But we've done a lot of HAPPY birthday celebrating, and there will be more on that for another time❤️

Not an easy decision to make, but after reevaluating the direction of my photography business, I will no longer be offering family photo sessions (this also includes engagements, weddings, newborns, etc.) I have been given some new and exciting opportunities that are going to consume the very small amount of time I have to give to photography. I will also continue to do work for Simply Local Magazine here in Billings.
.
For those I've already spoken to about photoshoots in the near future, do not fret! I will certainly see those through ;) And if anyone ever needs help in finding a family photographer, please do ask because I have some great recommendations!
.
To the families I have had the privilege of photographing, THANK YOU! I don't have the words to express how much I appreciate your trust in me to capture life's best moments. This decision was not made lightly, as I had so many of you in mind!

January was slow(er) & very intentional. Time with friends & family, coffee talks, girls' nights, football parties (buffalo bills😭), taking each boy on a mommy/son outing and pastries with parents at school. A big step away from Instagram (mostly from feeling the need to post on my stories daily - found out I definitely don't need to😅 It was good for me! Doesn't have to be for anyone else😉) So much to celebrate and be thankful for. Squeezing my kids a little tighter and longer, as we pray for those involved in the tragic plane/helicopter crash. I can't even imagine💔

Looking forward to February as we finish our Upward basketball season strong and prepare for an epic dog sledding adventure! Stay tuned🤩

Fall Florida trip! A lot happened. First photo: Rowen conquered all the big Disney rides after riding Rock 'n' rollercoaster🙌 We experienced Hurricane Milton & are so grateful for our safety and minor damages to the house. Went to Legoland. Cousins Bill & Kim stayed with us for 5 days and we had the best time together! Nothing better than Disney & family🥰 First time taking boys to Rainforest cafe. Rowen putting his arm around my waist while strolling down Hollywood Blvd🥹 and so many more magical memories! #waltdisneyworld
